Our business is based in NSW but we had 2 (ex)clients! in Brisbane whose debt (quiet large for a small business like ours) had been outstanding for quite some time and the distance was not helping either. I'm absolutely disgusted with the service from this company. On behalf of my employer, we gave them 7 debts to recover, they recovered ZERO and then charged us $11000. And now they are suing us for the $11000! Yer...Great service guys!
