Commercial Debt Recovery Solutions

I dealt with the Melbourne office. Explained I had a small debt to collect and a hard to deal with debtor, but they agreed to take it on. Seemed like they made an arrangement - but then after not hearing back for 6 months, I called and discovered that the guy refused to pay, but no-one contacted me from the office!!! So the management took over my debt, managed to get 3 lots of $20 from the guy, then I again heard nothing for months. I had even previously referred this company to 6 other clients - before my bad experience. I gave instructions on how to contact the debtor, which they would respond to, and the company continually emailed and called a phone that he doesn\'t answer. So very disappointed that after 18 months, I received $60 less commission, and had to chase up what was happening every step of the way.
