Commonwealth Bank

Visited the CBA in Macquarie Street, Dubbo with my partner hoping to open a savings account. Phoned earlier and told of all necessary documentation required which we took with us. Was told that their staff was too busy. I had to plead for her to please go and ask someone if it was possible. She came back with the same line, though she did offer to make an appointment for us. Very generous! There must have been about 4 customers in the bank at the time. I HAD an account with them for over 45 years. PATHETIC customer service!!! Which Bank? The too busy Commonwealth.
