they seems all friendly at first. i signed up for home insurance, credit card etc. it was a mistake. without inform me they got me sign up for extra fee which hidden only in the small print. They also unbelievably got my home insurance address wrong, ( at the time it is a existing loan, come on ! how can they get the address wrong?) and also charged me for extra credit card fee when it should already included in the loan package. the worse and most disappointed part that after paying the insurance for the wrong address and hidden fees for over a year, they don't even have the decency of take the responsibility to refund at least half of the insurance charges and at one management staff and staff don't even return a phone call. when the management rang, bascilly said they can't and will do nothing, and pronounce my name in a very wrong way. very disappointed

however still ok with CBA overall but this particular branch is hopeless.
