thanks for organising the bank loan in such a short turn around. really appreciate the changes in the branch also. Has the genuine feel about it. keep up the good work

I have been a CB account holder for 20 year, this is my favourite branch as the queue moves fast and the service is great and efficient.

I have been a Commonwealth bank customer all my life so have been to many branches all over Australia. This is by far the best I've seen.
To have someone greet you when you enter is very rare for a bank. This Commonwealth bank branch really does go above and beyond in terms of providing customer service.

The girl at the door takes your name and asks which service you require. She then asks you to take a seat. When someone is free to see you (which is not too long of a wait), they ask for you by name! Finally, a bank where I'm not just another number!!

I was applying for a new credit card. The customer service representative I talked to talked me through all my options and the fees and benefits associated with each one.

I will be heading to George street for all my banking needs from now on.
