If you only have a simple transaction then this branch may be suitable, however any problems or difficult transactions and I would suggest another branch. I had a direct debit made from my 5 year olds account which was not authorized when I approached the bank concerning this matter I was sent to three different tellers, and after 40minutes was told there was nothing they could do and I had to contact the company who withdrew the monies (totaling around $80), when asked if they had a number or any further details regarding the company they said they didn't know.At the end of the ordeal I was left at square one with my son losing $80 and no explanation. I was basically accused of lying when I explained I didn't request the direct debit.
