The staff here tend to be really annoying. You can't go in without being pestered about opting in for other commbank services. Do you have a home loan? Do you have Insurance? The list goes on! Becomes very tedious after a couple of visits.
Well my local Commonwealth Bank in Adelaide doesn't know how to take my money deposits without asking for my full name & address, even though I have been a customer for 10+ years. I have a CB deposit only card. They don't know what it is or how to use it!
