Huyen Nguyen the loans manager at this branch is the bank's biggest asset. She has been here for more than 20 years and its very pro active and hard working. She looks after her clients well and will often provide you with some life advice on the side too. SHe is very quick and efficient with her files and provides a massive sense of comfort to all first time clients. Love her work!

Has always been my main bank since i was little. My first account was the dollarmite and its an experience all kids will remember. From there i opened my own transactional and now my home loan. As my parents always went to Footscray branch i decided to speak to the mortgage manager there and i really felt looked after. Every little detail was explained and i understood the fee stricture and what was required of me if i wanted to take up a mortgage. That was years ago and now on my second mortgage coming back i felt certain that i was well looked after. Very busy branch so setting up an appointment is always best when needing to discuss financials. Have not had a problem with CBA footscray all

This is my local bank and is a great stop for all your banking needs if you are a CBA customer. They have a fair few ATM machines and is centrally located in Footscray. Their home mortgage broker is a lending expert and was really helpful in helping us secure our financing for our house. They have enough bank tellers on at the right time so the wait time is never too long. The customer service is fast excellent.
