Staff not very helpful. Promise a lot then don't really deliver. Moving to another bank as a result.

As old as the shopping centre itself, the bank is a bit tucked away down a side alley but overall quite good. It kind of still feels a little like when the Government owned it but is getting better. Friendly staff.
