Commonwealth Bank

I wasn't really impressed with this particular location in Highpoint. Lots of people, both merchants and personal banks in which it made the queue very long. Given how busy they were and the holiday periods I would probably think that they would open more tellers. I found myself waiting in the queue for a good 25 mintues, which isn't impressive at all and given most other banks that I go to in other locations you generally would only be waiting no more than a few mintues to the most 5.

Went to open an account. The person who served me showed no interest and didn't really ask anything about what I wanted or anything, i seemed to be just a number.. Tempted to close the account.
