I have always been impressed by the customer service provided by CBA over the phone and at the branch stores. I cannot recall ever having a negative customer service experience at CBA, whereas I can certainly recall several experiences at the other Big 4 banks!

CBA offers a competitive home loan package. I appreciated the effort my lending manager put in to get the job done, and also being easily contactable during the whole process.
