I have been with CommonWealth Bank since 2006, and from all branches the staff are very polite, nice and happy to service the customers. The same thing unfortunately I cant say about some of the staff members working at Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre. The worst thing to notice is the fact that even the management in charge of that branch doesnt look like to take any real action or care about improving staff training towards better servicing the customers. You expect to see any staff happy to be working in a bank servicing well the customers, which doesnt seem to be currently the case in this branch. I would be happy to be contact by CommonWealth Bank to listen what effective action was taken to solve the pending issues, or if unfortunatelly I may had ever to come back in that branch to see at least some improvement in that environment.
