I always receive great customer service here, on one occasion even my baby received a cookie while we were waiting in the line. It is a smaller branch with no access from inside of Northcote Plaza with a pram, but you can access it from outside, which means you need to go all around and enter via Separation Street. A bit of a hassle but that's ok.

Overall it is a great branch it just gets quickly crowded being on a smaller side.
