Commonwealth Bank

I have been with this bank for nearly 10years. In that time I have been messed around needlessly since and lost hundreds of dollars. I could complain for hours but I won't. All I'll say is that after opening a loan in the branch I was left with 9 differnt accounts and fees and money being taken out from every direction. After multiple attempts and visits to the branch nothing was done. I have finally sorted it out (I hope) thanks to coming across the only staff member with half a brain. I will be taking my money to a bank with a bit better customer service and common sense.
