I went to the branch this morning 10/10/17 and again the teller section is closed due to problems.I needed to make an over the counter withdrawal and was told to go to St Mary's branch.I am not well enough to get myself in there.I needed the money for a private purchase this afternoon.Surely they can look at manual transactions or an override of the daily limit on their ATM at their branch.This has happened to me on more than one occasion at this branch.in this day and age,a back up system is required.Telling the elderly and infirm to go several kilometres away is ridiculous and it is usual these folk that require a teller.
