Look, I hate to say nice things about any bank. But I took my dad in last week and the staff member was friendly, polite and understanding - not patronising and not ignoring of his needs. And there were no hassles at all re what he wanted to do even though his account is at another Cth branch. No, some banks are funny about that but not here
