This must be one of the newer, recently renovated branches. I havent been a customer of a CBA for a long time and only recently went into the branch to help my parents out with an issue they were trying to resolve. A little confusing when you initially walk in, as there are multiple computers on the side, and a customer service person already pre occupied with one of them. I was uncertain if I needed to refer to her initially or queue up or even obtain a ticket as there were people seated on the benches, others standing around - so wasnt certain if anyone was in a queue or whether I was even trying to jump ahead. After asking around, appears that none of them were in the queue for the teller. We needed to see a personal lender, fortunately the wait wasnt too long. Overall clean, good service, efficient.
