New management as of Dec 2015 has improved the childcare centre. This childcare is a great place for my children to learn more skills. Free music classes and spanish classes. Best childcare in Berwick. i tell all my friends to enrol. Great staff and ask for Justine or Jack. They always help you.

With so many other children services in the area, it would be better to check them out. The Organisation changed the payment methods and insisted we pay via a Direct Debit when I refused to pay via a Direct Debit (preferring BPay) they handed me a withdrawal form for my child to go to another service. I was shocked! When I raised what happened further within the organisation, the response was less than satisfactory. Make sure you check your statements too, because in my experience they are often wrong and I was regularly charged at the "casual" rate which is higher. Overall not impressed. Sadly, I feel this Corporation is more concerned with their yearly shareholder profits over the friendships of children and families.
