We aim to assist people deal with their immediate situation in a way that maintains dignity and encourages self-reliance.The agency aims to provide people with information, advice and skills so they can be more self sufficient within the community. Services are cost-effective because the community volunteers provide their time and services free of charge. Our focus is on assisting people to become more independent and not reliant on welfare.
You must be a resident of Frankston City to be eligible for Emergency Relief assistance. People residing outside this area should contact emergency relief providers in their own municipality.
