Como Panel & Paint

Booked my car in for repair (see full review on Como Panel and Paint review site). My husband and I organised time off work to do this. They contacted me on the day 5 minutes before car due in (07.55) to reschedule as insurer had not yet consented. After exploring the situation it appeared that Kyra (the receptionist whom I had been dealing with) had not processed things her end and rang the insurer 5 minutes before contacting me on the day frantically trying to process the paperwork and send through the quote! Kyra herself also sent me a snapshot of the order which she sent to the insurer in the first instance and it had the wrong Rego and claim number on it!!!! I contacted her to point this out but have had no response............Clearly a stuff up!!

Disorganised, rude staff, poor customer service...........Don't go there!
