Wood fired, organic sourdough from Organic flour.Companion Bakery is located opposite Callington Mill, in the historic town Oatlands, Tasmania.
We make the kind of food we want to eat ourselves...using simple, natural ingredients.
Locally sourced ingredients are used where possible, including flour from Callington Mill, berries, potatoes and other fresh fruit and vegetables from surrounding farms.
Open for meals and high quality drinks every day except Monday and Tuesday. Our hours are from 10 am to 5pm, except Sunday where we close a 4pm.
