Eligible, not at-fault drivers can request our services by calling us after an accident, or visiting our website, supplying us with all of the necessary, detailed accident information. This includes, but is not limited to your personal information, vehicle make and model, the details of the other party, description of the accident, as well any witness or police details. Our Compass Corp team will proceed to assess the status of the application, and if approved, the not at fault party receives a rental agreement within minutes of the application being approved.
Harassed our 21 year old daughter while she was studying at uni with multiple semi threatening texts regarding her paying for a hire car for a person she had a very minor car accident with. Also harassed us by mail. This was all under insurance so we don't know why they continued to distress our daughter with texts saying she owed them money. Very unprofessional and bullying.
