Compass Property

we rented a property that compass manage on magnetic island in sept 2010. the staff were always very friendly and obliging. the only disappointment we had was with the the spa advertised with the house, as it was not working when we arrived, and was still not fixed when we left 10 days later, depsite us notifying them several times. this was especially disappointing when the neighbours had reported to us that it was known to not be working before we arrived when compass had called out pool repairers that said it needed a complete circuit board replacement. compass apoligised but offered no compensation. otherwise they were a pleasure to deal with and let us have a late check out when we enquired generously.
