No customer service, left $140 out of pocket, would not recommend.....

We did you a key than weeks after you said you don't want it anymore.
As the key was made to suit your locks and only your locks we couldn't reuse the cut key for anything else.
Brought replacement key for $253 in February 10th, it is March 7th and still no key. Promise it will be done with 2 weeks. Blamed dealership for not getting codes then got a message today "the guy is on holiday". Refused to give refund for a job not completed.
Consumer protection reported in W.A and S.A for misleading advertising saying that they can get the job done. Even have a eBay ad offering the same service but clearly can not perform.
Sends me a invoice TODAY!!!! WHEN I WAS MEANT TO GET ONE IN FEBRUARY WITH A LOWER PRICE!!!!! THEN WHAT WAS CHARGED IN FEBRUARY.
STAY CLEAR OF THESE USELESS GUYS.
