Darren is still the man and he, along with his team, did a great job on a residential install. After 17 years (excellent) the Daiken split system previously installed by CompleteAir (by the prior owners to the current owners I was told) failed. Had another Daiken installed in its place. Install was efficiently and neatly done by Darren and his team. Impressive work ethic from all. Very easy to talk to, both in arranging the install and onsite.
Highly recommend.

I had 2 air-cons installed today by Darren & his team at my busy inner city cafe. The workmanship is outstanding, they were considerate of my clients and my team, the air conditioners are perfect for our space, they cleaned up after themselves... Absolutely perfect!!!! Can't recomend them highly enough!

Came when they said they would, were friendly enough, gave good advice and were reasonably priced. However, after ordering our 3 units and delivery to our house they realised that they did not check our powerboard. Ours was 30 years old and it did not support one of the units as it was a big lounge room one. We had no other option than to get it replaced for an extra $1200 by them. Would have been nice to know that extra cost prior. No other company picked up that problem either so just be careful. Other than that we were happy enough with the service.
