Complete Carpet Co.

Carpet is beautiful (purchased from Blackburn) and good quality but installation was terrible.. Ruined my newly painted wall trim and it wasn't just the typical paint slightly scratched off.. it was actually holes punctured into the wall most likely from the tool they use to insert the carpet. After much going back and forth they pretty much told me they did not believe the installer caused the damage even though it was quite obvious they did.. they offered me $100 off the total which was definitely not adequate to cover the cost of the damage however I accepted it as there was not much point in arguing, they clearly were not going to accept the responsibility.

We recently bought carpet from here and found them FANTASTIC!!! Very helpful (and non-pushy) service, unbeatable prices (and we shopped around) and friendly people. Harry, who sold us the carpet, measured up and helped us throughout the whole process, was just fantastic and won our business away from Bunnings. The carpet-layer was professional, friendly and did an amazing job. Couldn't be happier.

Terrible service. The only sales staff in the store did not even acknowledge us and we were tge only customers in store. Abrupt with his answers. Only perked up when we made a sale (thru no help of his!). Failed to write down every detail on the contract which caused carpet layer to not have all the necessary things and caused us time and money ringing the store back and forth! And to top it all off demanded that we pay the full amount because 'everyone needs to get paid'. Everything eventually got resolved but a shocking experience. Only redeeming factor was the carpet layer who was friendly, understanding, tried to provide solutions and did a wonderful job of laying our carpet. Kudos to carpet layer!!
