Complete Leathercare

I had an arrogant gentlemen come out to access damage on my lounge from this company what he told me and what he wrote in a report where two different things as we had discussed I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone ..

Very bad experience dealing with these people.
I was told that my furniture may not be exaclty the same as new but, it will be difficult to see the difference.
The result was only ok, a suggestion would be, to tone down the expectation for the work.
As a customer the atitude towards me in the end was questionable.
They may well be good at what they do but, not in this case.
