Complete Pest Control

I had the absolute pleasure of having a young man named Dylan do a pest inspection for my property. I am usually not a fan of having strangers in my home, but from the moment I met him it was as if I was having a friend around to come see me. He was extremely professional, double and tripple checked everything and was genuinely interested to know how my day was going- all while adhering to and being very Covid safe. We heard noises from the roof and saw black birds coming in / out of our roof a few months ago. Called up this company. Staff were sent over to our place to do the 'first initial inspection'. They went in to our roof for like 10 seconds and told us it was rats that were making such noises (we told them it could be birds.....). A few days later, another staff came over. They went in to our roof for a few minutes and told us the corner where the noises came from was not accessible but they saw droppings somewhere. Thet threw some rat poisons (cheap ones you can get from every Bunnings) into the roof and charged us $198.......... and told us there will be no warranty..... as arranty is available only if you purchase a two visit treatment and of course will cost you like $100 extra. It has been three months now, birds are partying in our roof. Tried to call the company again. Another staff were sent over. They went in and saw nothing.
