From the phone calls, professional quoting and follow up to the 2 guys who came and went above and beyond we are so happy. They stopped to help my mother in law tape boxes and load her car as she was struggling and I wan't there to help. this company really does give a stress free move. they were one of the only companies who didn't make last minute changes or stuff us around. they did exactly what they promised and more

I am taking the time to write this review because I hired Complete Removals after reading other peoples reviews on this site and felt an obligation to pay it forward.
From first contact I felt comfortable and relaxed I was in good hands. The salesman was friendly, professional and quick to respond to my call. He convinced me to hire their full packing and unpacking service and guaranteed the move would be completely stress-free or my money back. He also put me on their new neighbour program which qualified me to get a free oven clean and free pizza on moving day which was a bonus.
The price was right, the service was excellent and everything arrived on time and in one piece. This was the best move I have had and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Highly recommended. These guys saved me from a disaster. I had originally booked an interstate move with another company (National Removals) who rang me the day before my move to cancel - little did I know that some companies don't have their own trucks and lease other ones. So with less than 24 hours to move out of my place, I rang Complete Removals who not only moved me in time, but charged me less than the first company. All of my stuff was delivered in perfect condition, the staff were extremely helpful and the removalists professional. A fantastic experience in an otherwise stressful time.
