2 weeks ago my computer crashed on me.
I went through my local paper to find a repair person.
Got in touch with Computer Cure.
They came out and to my computer away to have a look at.
They gave me a call back about 3 hours later informing me that my hard drive was burnt out and nothing could be done to save my files and that my bill was $80.00
A couple hours later I organised to have my computer picked up.
The next day I thought I would get a second opinion and had someone else look at it.
The second person discovered that the problem was with the hard drive circuit board.
A $40.00 part and everything was fixed.
So to say the least I feel ripped off.
So beware if you are thinking about using Computer Care!
