Unhappy with service. Disappointed. Upset. Bad experience.

Called in there yesterday with syncing problem on my iPhone as well as screen problem on my iPad. They were very happy to assist and made some very helpful suggestions. I have since followed their advice and problems fixed. "How much for your time?" "She's right, no problem, glad to help!". Who does that anymore? Great service and I will recommend them to anyone, and check with them when I need to upgrade devices etc.

I rang Computer Depot yesterday lunch time and took my hard drive straight in as it just would not boot up. The children were looking forward to using the computer that night and thought it would not be possible. Ben from Computer Depot (Gilles Plains) rang later that same afternoon and I was able to pick up the fixed computer that day. He even carried the hard drive out to my car. I had never used this company before, but will certainly used them again.
