Computer Function displayed the worst customer service ever. They are rude and their management is the most unhelpful person any computer repairs business would wish not to have. I would never use these guys again. Management has no personality, lacks any sense of customer service and only wants to talk about the fees for doing their 'work'. Offered no assistance to help us further.
I couldn't agree more. They said 3 years warranty gives me peace of mind, but it turns out that it is only for hardware. If the issue was caused by software, then you will be charged at least for $200. I also had to pay $200 to ask them to look into my computer asap only 6 months after I purchased the computer from them. The worst customer service ever! I did pay $400 for getting service and yet they couldn't fix the issue. I had to purchase brand new from other computer store and no problem for the past 2 years. Thank you for wasting my $1,200!!!
I had similar experience. Computer lasted all up about 4 months. Took it back and they charged about $120. Hard drive failure. I learned my lesson to back things up daily from then onwards! That lasted a week. I took it to someone else to look at and reported back inferior parts were used. I binned it and bought a new one elsewhere. Manager was rude and not interested in supporting their product and my kids needed a computer for school, did not have time to argue.
