My computer failed during a Christmas holiday period leaving me unable to continue an online educational course. I rang Cloud Computers and spoke to Michael, who said 'bring it up to my shop straight away'. It turned out to be a major component failure, however the next morning Michael called me to say that he had repaired the computer. To get this prompt and efficient service during a Christmas holiday period was unexpected, but much appreciated.
If it is possible to give someone 6 stars I definately would! Michael was absolutely amazing in assisting me with a computer issue that I had seen 3 other people to no avail. He sorted it quickly and with great customer service. Totally recommend and will always now use
They said "If something is too good to be true, it probably is." "What utter nonsense!'" Cloud Computer Repairs proved it is spectacularly wrong...Really really really good service, and that too at a flat rate of $99.00. I was sceptical until the 1st time I used their service, from that time I don't call anyone else.
I was wanting to upgrade my processor and ram for my desktop, After getting a quote and a lead time from Michael, which was very good, I took my pc to him, and it was all done the next day, I couldn't ask for better service, this guy knows his stuff and I would recommend him to anyone with pc problems, or wanting to upgrade their desktop PC
