I wouldn't even recomend this service to my enemy. I dropped my laptop off and it took Jason 10 months to try and replace a graphics card, with many excuses along the way. From not having a test card to test the graphics card to thinking my motherboard was broken, to it being just a software problem and many more excuses. Id already been in contact with Nvidia and established the graphics card was at fault. Finally Jason worked out my graphics card needed replacing, which took another 2 months. I am very Grateful for the loan pc Jason gave me, but it had bare minimum in it and struggled to keep up with my needs. When I finally got my laptop back home, I turned it on, it blue screened, black screened then died and I have not been able to turn it on since. A $4500 laptop dead in the water. Never again Computer Works.
