Took my laptop here in February 2013, all that needed to be fixed was a power socket because it had come loose, everything else on the laptop was fine. I was told that the part needed would take 6 weeks to arrive and that they would phone me when it was finished. In early July 2013, 5 months later, they told me that the part had conveniently JUST arrived that day and they would have it fixed by the end of the week, On the Friday I just went into the shop. Unfortunately, they had news for me that they'd taken it home to fix and left it there by accident!, told me that they would drop it off at my house later that night. at 8pm that night, they phoned me, breaking the news to me that they accidentally dropped my laptop and broken a "board" in it but they would fix it and everything would be good.
