Be careful these guys aren't good if you have a problem with your product arriving DOA
I purchased a monitor from these clowns and it arrived DOA broken screen now they are refusing to pay freight back to them and replace the item. Consumer Affairs here we come. Don't buy from these people.
Worst service ever, I'm a long time customer who has spent over $12,000 at CPL and who asked for help with a technical problem. I would be $50 to look at problem, which when I challenged due to my history, the person on the phone said "why would I care, I'm just a technician" and ended the call with a patronising "bye-bye". Never again CPL. Never, ever again

Bought a wearable ASUS VIVO watch which stopped working after a couple of months. Went to CPL for warranty claim which took 3 months to get a refund - and CPL deducted processing charges from the original sales amount while doing NOTHING!
I had to track my refund all the way to ASUS Service Centre (Syd) through their Distributors (Ingram) to CPL. These CPL guys did NOTHING themselves except they sold it to me.
Do not go near them!
This place is the BIGGEST JOKE, full of RUDE, unhelpful staff. They sold me a PREMIUM power supply for $350 which stopped working after 6 weeks. The power supply i have purchased carries a LIFETIME warranty, yet they refuse to honor this.
Australian consumer affairs state, a major defects is, if a product fails to do what it's meant to do, for example if a toaster stops toasting, its a major fault. Well guess what, my power supply fails to supply power - THIS IS A MAJOR FAULT. CPL wanted to send the power supply away for 2-4 weeks with no exchange, replacement or nothing.
REMEMBER, this is a PREMIUM power supply, not a cheap $40 power supply.
I hear you brother. Why would you give these people one red cent of your hard earned money?
They treat us with nothing but disrespect.
