Once again Leanne from Computers Reborn has worked her magic! We have been customers of this business for several years and have always had excellent, fair-priced service. Leanne has a direct, no-nonsense approach and her service is great. Recommend you give this business a try.
Had my iPhone fixed there. Was quoted $100 for a new screen and to be fixed in an hour.. Which I was happy with.. Returned an hour later to be told that the screen was fine and all that was wrong was a plug inside the phone had come loose and that the charge for the service was $70. After paying the fee and leaving confused about the final cost for the service I have compared the price to a number of places and will not return to computers reborn for any iPhone servicing again :s
I spoke with a staff over the phone today and when I asked the staff to run CPUID on a computer I was interested in buying and the staff couldn't be bothered. This program is tiny and would take a total of 5 minutes of her time to download and run; it shows everything that is connected to the system as well as all the system stats. I offered to do it myself but the staff refused to allow that, either. I was put off by this and have decided to spend my money somewhere else. If you can't be bothered giving good customer service, I can't be bothered giving you my money.
As discussed on the phone, due to the risk of viruses I cannot run outside software such as this.
Over priced and poor customer service. Head down to other store, much better prices and products.
"Poor customer service" You must be kidding. I have been in business for over 15 years and give each one of my customers personalised service. I have many repeat and word of mouth customers who would challenge you on that comment.
"Overpriced" I sell 2nd hand computers from $99 and monitors from $10, they dont get any cheaper than that.
"Head down to other store, much better prices and products" There are no other stores 'down the road' selling used computers or cheaper products etc, you obviously have the wrong store.
No, i definitely have the right store. And the fact that you no longer have a store at Holden Hill proves my point .
