Concierge Carwash

Sadly, like David and Jarrah, we had a bad experience here today. We were talked into a $149 clean, outside only. This was slightly cheaper than the $200 clean they wanted us to buy. Such a waste of money with the windscreen left with streaks that inhibited vision, the wheels only partly cleaned and dirty patches left on the car. We won't be back.

Like Jarrah, I have been a relatively frequent user of this service, but no more. I booked in for a premium car wash that on their booking app says I should get, amoung other things, the interior vacuumed and the glass cleaned for $52, but when I arrived I was told this would not happen and that they would not wash the dirt off the car (why else would you go to a car wash?). They would only clean the car properly and vacuum the interior if I paid them the outrageous price of $225. As I had previously purchased several prepaid vouchers to get the car cleaned, I cashed the lot out on my hyper-expensive car wash and will take my business elsewhere.

I will start this by saying, I have been a frequent visitor to this car wash.
After spending $65 for a premium car wash I returned to my car 1.5 hours later to find it covered in splatters & bird droppings still on my sunroof. Now I understand things can get missed when you are busy, so approached a team member to ask if my car was in fact completed (showing him the splatters etc) At this point he drove the car out into the sunlight, where I then discovered the scratches all across the front bonnet - I was told it was my fault, my 1 year old car should have been booked in for a cut & polish.
I would have thought my $65 would have at least paid to remove the bird poo from a window! So very very disappointed in this service and hope I can stop at least 1 person from having the same experience. NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!
