Concord Family Doctors

Don't know about the doctors, but the receptionist was rude and condescending. If I worked as a doctor here I'd fire her knowing that she loses customers like me with her display of arrogance

Dr Colin Chu has always been a great help when my daughter falls ill. He always give the correct diagnosis and medication. I've been visiting him for 3 years now and would highly recommend him. Excellent paediatric doctor.



The only problem with the surgery would be the reception staff, can be very rude at times.

We have been going to Concord Family Doctors for over 4 years. Initially we were drawn there by the wonderful service provided by Dr Colin Chu. He has a great way of explaining how an ailment has risen and why, and is always willing to listen to any concerns and/or queries. As time went on and with two little ones in our family our numerous visits have given us the chance to also experience the great service provided by Dr Vicky Chan, Dr Susan Cheah and Dr Janet Kwak. We have no hesitation in recommending all of the Doctors at this great centre. And may we add that the receptionists are fantastic too!

Dr Colin Chu is a fantastic find. He doesn't rush you and really listens. He's very informative and knowledgable and has a great manner. Overall a special Dr as he considers holistically combining eastern and western approaches.
