I went to this shop with my boyfriend and noticed the staff working behind the counter staring at our every move (not what you really want in an adult store). My boyfriend politely asked the staff to stop staring at us as it was making us feel uncomfortable. We were then told by the staff that he had to watch us as we were probably going to steal his products and if we didn't like it to get out of the store.
My boyfriend told him that this was not very good customer service and that we just wanted to look around without being stared at. The staff behind the counter then told us to leave and started yelling at us to get out of the store.
Do not go here - customer service is SHOCKING!

omg the same thing happened to us.. we walked into the store laughing , not loudly , but we had been laughing all morning in every shop we went to .. as soon as we walked in we got told its closing .we apologised and i said could i just buy these penis straws to which the staff told me "NO" to just get out,, very rude.. we left obviously very confused and upset as we had no idea of what we had done.. i went back in on my own a few mins later to see if i could find out exactly what we had done, i was polite and asked very calmly what we had done to deserve being kicked out and spoken to like dirt,, to which came down from the cash area and started screaming ."Get Out Get Out Get Out" was red in the face.. obviously by now i was scared for my safety and left.. but extremly upset and being as we were a visitor to melbourne it put a very bad taste in our mouths.. i was going to email to complain but apparantly i cannot.
That's very sad pennys27 but I'm glad we weren't the only ones that went through this. I was also scared for my safety when in the store. This place needs to go.
