I can help with a variety of life issues including but not limited to anxiety, conflict resolution, depression, grief and loss, health and well being, relationship struggles, self esteem building, stress management, employment.

I am a qualified Counsellor with a Bachelor of Social Science, majoring in Counselling and Communication Studies. I also have postgraduate studies in Emotionally Focused Therapy.

I am a qualified Prepare/Enrich Marriage Educator and can help couples prepare for Marriage and also post marriage counselling

I have over 10 years work experience with Lifeline and Anglicare assisting with crisis counselling, suicide, and relationship counselling alongside multiple other issues.

I am also a qualified trainer with a Certificate 1V in Workplace and Assessment Training and have taught at Lifeline, Anglicare, St Marks Registered Training Organization, and TAFE.
