Our family always have,& always will use Conroy removals.
We have used them throughout Australia & New Zealand,& have always found them to be prompt,courteous,& NO damages......score 20 out of 10

MAJOR relocation (to USA) and I have been VERY impressed up to this point! They have been professional and attentive throughout. The guy that provided the quote was thorough and professional. The staff who packed were AMAZING! And the up-load to the container was a smoothe and impressive undertaking. I'll update once the goods arrive in the USA ... but so far I cannot speak highly enough of my own experience with this company. I had quotes from 3 or 4 other companies and the price was spot on ... but service was exceptional!

We moved to NZ 10 weeks ago from Australia. We were told our furniture would be here within 2-3 weeks. We received our furniture 8 weeks later, although now it has been 10 weeks and we are STILL waiting on our jet ski, which has never turned up and NOT ONE single staff member has called us to update us on the whereabouts of our jet ski. When I emailed the Brisbane office, I received a response 4 days later saying that our ski hadn't even left Brisbane!!!! No one called us to tell us there was a delay, the Christchurch office didn't even know anything about our jet ski and here were are 2 weeks later again, still waiting on some form of contact from this company to tell us where our jet ski is. We have paid $15,000 on removal costs to these people and this is the kind of service we receive? It's disgusting! How hard is it to pick up the phone and update your 'valued' clients?? we experienced huge delays, no costumer care once the contract was signed, and many hidden extra. All in all, prices then get higher than other companies that deliver on time and with no extra fees. We moved more than a month before friends who got their stuff 5 weeks before us. And they were still asking for some money then!!! Do not use them, sounded to us just like dealing with the worst car dealer ever

We had a similar experience! The driver was in such a hurry they missed our driveway but instead of reversing they simply drove over the gutter and across our lawn, over our driveway kerbing (which was never meant to withstand a truck like that), turned at the top of our driveway still doing about 30kph, ran over and crushed the kerbing at that point! They did several hundred dollars worth of damage, not to mention the ruts in the lawn. When we challenged them they called the boss who came out and looked, went away without talking to us, and when we finally rang them they said "It was already like that, we didn't do that!" Like hell they didn't but they just do not care!

I would not use this company in a pink fit, but if you must, watch them like a hawk, and take before photos so you can prove your case because they'll just say "It wasn't us!"
