Con's Takeaway & Fish & Chips

Best burgers in Brunswick West. Con and his wife are both very friendly. They tend to get busy (and a little flustered) in peak times like Friday nights, but the wait is worth it.

Is this the place on the corner of Victoria and Melville, with the 55 tram outside the door? If so, Con's gets a thumbs up from me. I've only been in twice and they were so friendly to my little boy and I. Very nice people, I'd happily get off the tram at their stop on the way home just to get an icecream or a snack then wait for my tram again (and I haaaate waiting for public transport).
