With non-invasive muscle monitoring I interpret biofeedback from your own body. This gives specific, individual information on the origins of your stressors and, importantly, the best way to clear them. Simple to grasp, subtle and gentle, I translate what is holding you back in any area of your life - diet and lifestyle, limiting beliefs, fears, negative emotions - and step by step I guide you forward.

Registered with the Australian Kinesiology Association and holding a Diploma of Health Sciences (Holistic Kinesiology) I have been in practice since 2007.
