I finished a hypnotherapy session with Robyn last Wednesday. I was a bit skeptical prior to starting this experience as I had heard varied stories from friends and family. I cannot believe the change that has occurred not only within my mind but also physically I feel so much better. I am consciously eating, rather than eating because food is in front of me. I also feel better within myself and could not recommend Robyn highly enough. She is very approachable and makes you feel comfortable from the first session.

I have just finished a course of hypnotherapy with Robyn. What a change it has made to my life. I had no idea how hypnotherapy worked but after the initial free appt with her, she filled in the 'blanks' that psychologists seemed to miss. This has been a very positive change for me. I can't speak highly enough of Robyn. I only went to her initially for her to help me with my sugar/chocolate addiction and ended up with a more positive outlook on life. She seemed to know that my reliance on sweet foods was a deep seeded imbalance and from events that had occurred a long long time ago and she got to work with me to change this. I'm a lot more tolerant with my family. I am sleeping like a baby. I have energy and feel I'm more motivated than I have ever been. I have no more worrying periods. I recently completed the 'Emotional Release Program' with Robyn and it's the best thing I have done for myself. I have more energy, am more motivated, I am doing hobbies again that I love, I have a completely different perspective on life and have improved my self confidence and relationships. I have got my zest for life back and I am excited for my future again but also enjoying life day to day. Robyn taught me how to live an inspired life and how to cope and control my anxiety and depression. Robyn is so warm and so welcoming and when I first met her I felt like I had known her my whole life. Robyn has helped me completely change my life and I can not recommend her more highly to anyone.

I have recently undertaken hypnotherapy with Robyn. I have found her to be professional in every way. I have noticed subtle yet very significant changes in my life since completing my sessions. I have undergone long term counselling in the past and whilst having found it beneficial the sessions involved a lot of time and effort. After every session with Robyn I can honestly say that I felt amazed at the instant difference that came over me. In my day to day life I feel much more in control and able to cope with everyday stresses. I used to be at the chiropractor or massage therapist every week but since seeing Robyn I have not needed to make an appointment with either. If you are motivated to change where you are at, I believe that Robyn is the person to help you to do so. I would highly recommend Robyn and will seek her assistance if at any time in the future my life feels out of balance.
