I found Contour on True Local in the first instance, and called them on the strength of their reviews. From the word go Lyndons communication is something that strikes you as being above average. From the first response to my website enquiry, to first and second quotes, and throughout the work, he has been outstanding. Not having much experience with tradies, one of my fears was being patronised or paying too much for too little. Lyndon and the on-site Contour boys has always been respectful and polite. He always explains exactly what is going on and is happy to answer any queries, taking a lot of the stress out of renovations. We needed to add some extra living space to our home before the birth of a second child. Contour Residential helped us rework our current space to add a large study nook, an open plan kitchen with french doors and a bi-folding servery window so that we could enjoy our deck and leafy backyard setting. They also added a smart new bathroom and a new bedroom for our new child. Lyndon was absolutely professional in his work and gave us the added comfort of being extremely customer focused, he worked in with our lifestyle and worked around us to complete the work within the allotted time-frame. Contour Residential removed a structural wall and replaced it with a steel beam in our place. The guys did a great job and left the room clean and tidy. Lyndon kept us informed at all times on the progress of ordering materials,engineering drawings and building certification. Even though ours was a smallI job we felt that it was treated the same as any larger project. I wouldn't hesitate to get them back to do another job for us and would recommend them to anyone.
