Contours

My mum and I joined this gym together, at first I was a little nervous about starting at a new gym that was so different to gyms I had been to in the past but the ladies that work there made us both feel very welcome and got us started on our new programs with plenty of support and encouragement. I felt like I could always ask for extra help or advice when I needed it and I could see my hard work paying off on the scales. I have moved on to another gym now (only because it is closer to my work) but my mum still frequents the gym. The prices are a little higher than other gyms but I think the commitment from the Contours team and the way they cater to women only is well worth it. I would encourage any other ladies thinking about it to pop in and check it out, don't forget to say hi to my mum!
