Contours

I have been a member at Contours Modbury for a while and they have been absolutely wonderful. I have had lots of support (as much as you want - lots or little, it is up to you) with weight loss and have had opportunities to participate in challenges along the way. I have lost a lot of weight and look forward to my workouts. It is a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere and the staff are beyond wonderful. I love how you can just walk in when you have the time and don't need to wait for a scheduled class time. Suits my lifestyle perfectly.
