This is a follow up review for Coogee Physio. I have been incredibly impressed by the way that Nadine, the owner at Coogee Physio, dealt with my issue. She not only offered and gave an excellent, 45 minute session, Nadine covered absolutely every single thing that could be affecting the injured knee, found out that it wasn't long term, strapped it (and then strapped it again on Monday for school) and provided incredibly professional and caring support.

Pretty bad experience. Website lists times and costs that are nothing like reality.
First session was 20 minutes for $100 (website says $95 for 45 min). We were late so I was prepared to cop a shorter session (but then the session finished 5 min early for no reason). Second session we were charged $85 + $8 latex band - after being told it was $90 + $2 band (website says $75 for 30 min) and got a 15 minute session.
Will be letting my doctor know so they don't refer to them again. Thought the first time was just bad timing and bad luck, but after 2x it seems it's just the way it is. Giving half a session for more money isn't good business.
I have requested that True Local remove this review. The business owner contacted me, did not request that I remove the review, but was incredibly apologetic and helpful. Offered a free session with her and we took this session up today. I was incredibly impressed. Not only did she do an incredibly careful and detailed assessment of the injury but went through very good exercises and pretty much went through everything that could be done.
I would like to remove my 1 star review and replace it with a 5* review as I can see that it was a series of unfortunate events that led to my first review and this can happen to anyone. But... the difference is how they dealt with it. I'm very impressed and the session was incredibly good and with excellent experience.

For some reason, it looks like my reply/comment for this review has been deleted or not added. I had a very good follow up experience after the owner rang me and offered a free session. It was not only incredibly thorough and expert, it was also a great experience. I have requested that they remove my listing (not at the owner's request) because I think that it was an unfortunate experience but not the way the service operates.
