A great way to learn about a different culture and the delicious food to accompany it. Mariam demonstrates how easy it is to include new and interesting tastes in a easy and fun environment. Great way for everyone of all ages to learn and be inspired.

Mariam is generous with her food knowledge and her life stories. Her classes are a fascinating insight into another way of life, but you learn dishes that are easy to recreate and will become a lasting addition to your kitchen repertoire!
